Currently we ship to Australia and New Zealand. Other international customers please contact us if you would like to place an order.
Registered post is available on checkout should you require it. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Diltronics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to register your order.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
Diltronics primarily uses Australia Post for deliveries. Australia Post Express post is available however please note orders can still take up to 3 days for delivery and longer to isolated areas.

Currently we charge a flat rate for shipping within Australia for any number of items excluding bulky items, such as the PCB 'Fab-In-A-Box' kit.Normal Post (no tracking) : $2

Refund & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. Electronic components require special care while handling and when in use, we do not except returns when our products are misused.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damage during transit and we advise you take out shipment registration and/or insurance with your postal carrier. Diltronics will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure your order
In the unlikely event that an order is not as described or faulty you may return for a full refund (including postage costs), please contact us prior to returning an order.
